Kurle is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for the science of beauty and skincare.
Her career began at The BodyHoliday, one of St. Lucia’s premier resorts, where she served as both Aesthetician and Skin Clinic/Retail Manager for a decade. She then traveled to the UK to train under renowned dermatologist Dr. Michael Prager before furthering her studies in Advanced Aesthetics in Canada.

Her expertise has taken her across the globe, including to the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she worked as Spa Manager at The Buccaneer, one of St. Croix’s most prestigious resorts.

In 2020, Kurle relocated to West Palm Beach, joining the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa as Lead Aesthetician and Trainer. There, she achieved the resort’s highest Forbes rating of 98% and received advanced training in the latest medical-grade skincare treatments.

Today, she leads and trains aestheticians and massage therapists at the world-class Amrit Ocean Resort & Spa, specializing in sales growth, hands-on technical training, and luxury spa etiquette.

Looking ahead, Kurle’s vision is to travel the world, mentoring and developing spa professionals to uphold five-star standards while teaching them strategies to significantly increase revenue in as little as 30 days.
